ColdMail provides AI-powered prompt optimization for image/video generation tools and app builder tools. The Service includes:

• AI image & video prompt optimization (Midjourney, DALL-E 3, Stable Diffusion, Veo, Runway, Sora, Flux, Leonardo AI, Ideogram)
• AI app builder prompt optimization (Cursor, v0, Bolt, Lovable, Replit Agent)
• Prompt quality scoring and analysis
• UGC and marketing template library
• AI-powered improvement suggestions

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

ColdMail Pro provides generous usage for normal business purposes. To ensure service quality for all users:

• Free Tier: Limited to 6 prompt improvements total
• Pro Users ($9.99/month): Entitled to up to 200 prompt improvements per calendar month
• Unused analyses do not roll over to the next month
• Monthly limits reset on the first day of each calendar month

Note: We reserve the right to contact users who significantly exceed these limits to discuss their needs. Excessive or automated usage may be subject to review.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Send spam, phishing, or malicious emails
• Automate or script requests to the Service (API abuse)
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent security measures
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm others through analyzed content

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

For paid features:

• Subscription: ColdMail Pro is $9.99 USD per month
• Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Immediate Access: Pro features are unlocked immediately upon successful payment
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Whop

ColdMail Pro is a monthly subscription that you can cancel at any time.

• Cancel via your Whop account under Profile → Orders
• Your Pro access remains active until the end of your current billing period
• No partial-month refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by ColdMail and protected by intellectual property laws.

• You retain ownership of your prompt content
• We do not claim ownership of content you submit for optimization
• You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the Service
• Analysis results are for your personal/business use only

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• AI-generated suggestions are recommendations only, not guarantees of email success
• We are not responsible for the effectiveness of your outreach campaigns
• Results may vary based on content quality, target audience, and other factors

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ColdMail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service
• We are not liable for any loss of business, revenue, or data

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse the Service or other users
• Fail to pay applicable fees

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
